This document ("Agreement") outlines the acceptable use policy of First Strike Traffic ("Site"). The Agreement may be modified at any time with or without update to you, the end user. Any changes made in the Agreement take effect immediately.

Site Usage

First Strike Traffic is only a medium in which the intended purpose is for users to obtain traffic to web sites of their choosing. Any other use of First Strike Traffic is prohibited and therefore not covered in the Agreement.

First Strike Traffic is offered as-is without any guarantees. First Strike Traffic may experience down time or maintenance time in which you may not be able to log in to your account. First Strike Traffic may have unforeseen errors in functionality which in turn may cause in a reduction or increase in benefits to your account.

Any one user may only have one account at any time.

Any information submitted to First Strike Traffic is considered public information, so be careful about which information you choose to reveal. Please see First Strike Traffic's privacy policy for more information.

Indemnification

First Strike Traffic is not responsible for use, misuse, or abuse of its Site. Any activities which take place on this Site are at the risk of the user operating this Site. First Strike Traffic may not and cannot be held responsible or liable (in public or in private) for any actions (intended or unintended, direct or indirect) that effect (directly or indirectly) any circumstance or happening, including, but not limited to loss or gain of monetary value, loss or gain of money, loss or gain of exposure, loss or gain of privacy, etc.

Refunds: Refunds are issued only if you contact us within the first 24 hours of upgrading your account. Anytime after that, your account is considered used, and you cannot return a used account. Credits: If you use any portion of a credit package, refunds are not possible.

Additions:

1. Only 1 Popup allowed per site!
2. No frame breakers, or unauthorised exit strategies!
3. Your site may not advertise or contain any Warez, Porn, Child Porn, Any Illegal activity!
4. Your Sites Must Be in ENGLISH!
5. SPAM is not tolerated!
6. First Strike Traffic has the right to deny any member from using its services. Any member so removed will be notified. We also have the right to add to or change the terms of service at any time.
7. No email autoresponders allowed for your member email.
8. You agree to receive email updates related to services offered from time to time from First Strike Traffic.
9. No auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking software, or any other auto surf feature.
10. No Cheating the system. Remember, you are not the only one surfing, so respect your fellow surfers!
11. The Admin of First Strike Traffic retains the right to remove any member or any sites that is considered detrimental or potentially detrimental to the other members of First Strike Traffic.
12. First Strike Traffic reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for two (2) consecutive months. Any existing credits or referrals in said account will be forfeited.
13. No Paid To Promote, Paid to Surf, Gambling Sites, Adult Content, or HYIP's(High Yield Investment Programs) Allowed!

Member Statement

I have thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of First Strike Traffic. In purchasing and/or signing up for a site membership, I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.
